I need to invent the RSM - Remote Slap Mechanism.
(For the long distance dope slap.)
Without it, I don't think I can achieve World Dominance.
Of course, other people have RSMs, but they tend to explode and
cause big messes.
I want a smaller one - I just want to accomplish basic enlightenment
through some good old-fashioned Grandmotherly kindness.
I will design it for UNIX boxen and port to LINUX. It will not be
available for WINDOWS of any flavor. The device driver will be
elegant and portable but difficult to understand if you aren't
reasonably enlightened yourself. The interface will be command line
driven with dozens of helpful-looking flags that don't do anything and
two flags which are not documented but accomplish what I need (Warning
Slap and Final Slap). The packets will be small and attractively
shaped, with highest priority built in so that they can move quickly
through the net without delays or drops. Routers will fight for the
honor of routing these packets, they will be so achingly beautiful.
My RSM will be all these things and more. I will use it sparingly,
and I will care deeply about each of the recipients of the universal
wisdom (for which I am merely a humble funnel) because you can't teach
anything effectively unless you care about the subject and the object
of the lesson.
