"Hello?"

<Brief burst of unintelligible words in a strident, unhappy female
voice - sounds like the line is being erratic>

"This is Kelly speaking.  Can I help you?"

<Phone is muffled>  

Voice (not directed at me) asks "Habla inglis?"

Voice further a way answers "No."
